Meine Kinder und ich lieben Butterplätzchen! Hier ist ein Rezept für perfekte Kekse, die auch beim Backen ihre Form behalten, was besonderns bei unseren 3D-Ausstechern sehr wichtig ist. Sie schmecken wirklich sehr lecker und halten bei uns nie besonders lang.
Plätzchen das ganze Jahr
Uns schmecken die Plätzchen so gut, dass es sie nicht nur an Weihnachten gibt sondern das ganze Jahr. Dinosaurier-Plätzchen, Winnie-Pooh-Plätzchen, Halloween- oder Osterplätzchen. Für Plätzchen gibt es immer einen guten Grund.
Bewährtes Rezept
Plätzchen ausstechen ist mit diesem formstabilen Teig kinderleicht. Meine Kinder helfen immer gerne mit. Und dabei ist das Rezept wirklich gelingsicher. Es ist unser Stammrezept und wurde schon zig Mal gebacken.
Viel Vergnügen beim Backen!
Perfekte Butterplätzchen
Für den Teig
- 330 g Mehl
- 100 g Puderzucker
- 1 Pck Vanillezucker
- 1 Prise Salz
- 200 g weiche Butter
- 1 Ei
- Vanille- oder Bittermandelaroma (nach Belieben)
Zum Bestreichen
- 2 Eigelb
Verknete alle Zutaten für den Teig mit den Händen oder mit einer Rührmaschine (Knethaken), wickle den Teig in Frischhaltefolie und kühle ihn mind. 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank.
Heize den Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft 160 Grad) vor.
Rolle den Teig auf bemehlter Fläche aus und stich deine Plätzchen aus.
Lege die Plätzchen auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech.
Die klassischen Butterplätzchen werden jetzt mit dem Eigelb bepinselt. Bei den 3D-Plätzchen lasse ich diesen Schritt aus.
Backe die Plätzchen je nach Dicke 9-11 Minuten. Nimm sie aus dem Ofen, wenn sie beginnen goldbraun zu werden.
Du kannst etwas Mehl durch Kakao ersetzen für Kakaoplätzchen. Verringere dafür entsprechend das Mehl.
